Bokang Moleli (4 July 1992 – 24 July 2024), professionally known as Malome Vector, was a celebrated Mosotho singer-songwriter and rapper. Born and raised in Roma, Maseru, he began his musical journey at the age of 14 in 2004 as a school choir participant before venturing into talent shows. Vector was renowned for expressing his culture and language through HipHop music, often singing in the Sotho language, which resonated deeply with his audience.

Malome Vector's career took a significant leap in 2020 when he relocated to South Africa and signed a recording deal with Ambitiouz Entertainment. That same year, he featured on the single "Price To Pay" by South African DJ Miss Pru, alongside the duo Blaq Diamond, which was released on 8 May 2020.


His breakthrough came with the release of his debut single "Dumelang" in 2019, which achieved commercial success and was certified double platinum in South Africa. This success paved the way for his debut studio album, Karabo, named after his daughter, which was released on 7 January 2022. The album debuted at number 1 on iTunes South Africa and was supported by singles including "Dumelang", "No Body", and "Lerato".


After parting ways with Ambitiouz Entertainment, Malome Vector founded his own label, The Whole Entertainment, and began working on new music. In February 2024, he announced his extended play titled 1964 via Instagram. The EP, released on 28 March 2024, is an afro-pop record that incorporates elements of RnB, soul, and afro beats, showcasing his versatility and growth as an artist.

In recognition of his talent and contribution to African music, Malome Vector received a nomination for Best Artist, Duo or Group in African Traditional at the 2021 All Africa Music Awards.

Tragically, Malome Vector died in a road collision on 24 July 2024 while traveling on the N1 in Free State, South Africa, en route to Lesotho. He was 32 years old at the time of his passing.
